Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

SetupOpenClaw.sh (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides one-time professional deployment, hardening, integration, and 14-day hypercare for OpenClaw AI agents. Services include:

• •VPS or Mac Mini infrastructure setup
• •OpenClaw installation with Docker sandboxing, firewall hardening, Composio OAuth
• •Email/calendar/messaging integrations (up to 3 workflows)
• •Documentation and handover

Optional add-ons: additional agents (+$1,500 USD each), ongoing managed care, AI model access (metered usage), on-site GTA/Hamilton setup.

2. Payment Terms

Approximate CAD equivalents provided at checkout.

• •Payment due upfront via Stripe or Wise
• •No refunds after deployment begins; 100% satisfaction guarantee within 14-day hypercare (full refund if not satisfied)
• •AI usage billed monthly if opted-in (bring-your-own-keys is default, no billing)

3. Client Responsibilities

• •Provide necessary credentials/access for integrations (OAuth via Composio; we never store raw credentials)
• •Ensure infrastructure meets minimum specs (VPS: Ubuntu 22.04+, 4 GB RAM; Mac Mini: Ventura+)
• •Maintain backups of your data; we are not responsible for data loss
• •Comply with OpenClaw’s open-source license and upstream ToS

4. No Warranty

Services provided “as-is.” We do not warrant OpenClaw software functionality, AI model availability, or third-party integrations. Deployment follows the official OpenClaw hardening guide but cannot guarantee against future upstream changes.

5. Liability

Maximum liability equals the fee paid. No consequential damages. We are not liable for OpenClaw actions, data processing by AI models, or business losses from agent workflows.

6. Termination

We may terminate for non-payment, abuse, or legal violations. You may terminate anytime (no refunds post-deployment).

7. Governing Law

Ontario, Canada. Disputes resolved in Hamilton/GTA courts.
