1. Who We Are

SetupOpenClaw.sh, operated by Deep Shah, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Independent service provider for OpenClaw deployments. We are not affiliated with OpenClaw, Anthropic, or any AI model providers.

2. What We Collect

Minimal collection principle. We only collect what is necessary to deliver the service:

Name, email, payment details (via Stripe; we do not store cards).

Service delivery

OAuth tokens (via Composio, encrypted, revocable), infrastructure access (SSH keys rotated post-setup), integration configs.

Analytics (if enabled)

IP address, browser, page views, referral source (Google Analytics or equivalent; anonymized, aggregated).

Communications

Email support, Slack/Telegram channels during hypercare.

NOT collected

Raw email content, calendar events, messages, files, or personal data processed by your OpenClaw instance.

3. How We Use Data

•Deliver deployment services (setup, hardening, integrations)
•Provide 14-day hypercare support
•Bill for services/AI usage
•Improve service quality (anonymized analytics)
•Legal compliance (tax records, 7-year retention)

4. Data Sharing

•Never shared with OpenClaw, Anthropic, OpenAI, or AI providers
•Third parties: Stripe (billing), Composio (OAuth), Vercel/cloud provider (hosting), Google Analytics (optional, anonymized)
•No selling of personal data
•Legal requests only (warrant, court order)

5. Your Rights (PIPEDA)

•Minimal retention: billing records 7 years, service configs deleted post-hypercare
•Server location: Canada/US (your choice for VPS)

7. OpenClaw-Specific

Your OpenClaw instance processes your data independently. We configure secure access but have no visibility into what it reads or writes. Bring-your-own AI keys ensures you control model providers.

8. Analytics Notice

Basic analytics may track: pages visited, time spent, referral source, device type (no PII). IP addresses anonymized. Opt-out via browser settings or request.

9. Changes

Updated policy posted here. Major changes emailed to active clients.
